KEVIN T. BENNETT AIA, Principal
Kevin Bennett is co-founder and Chief Architect of Bennett Sullivan Associates. His role includes day-to-day management of the firm and oversight of architectural projects. His design and management supervision has shaped the firm’s diverse architectural, interior design and planning projects. Kevin is also cofounder and Officer of Pediment Construction and Pediment Realty Corporation.
He is a Registered Architect in the State of Connecticut, a member of The American Institute of Architects and the Connecticut Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. He received his Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Kent State University.
Kevin's dedication to the community is evident in his involvement with several associations and town planning organizations. He has served as Chairman of the Committee for the 200th Anniversary of the Incorporation of Southbury, Connecticut and Committee Member of the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution. His civic involvement also includes membership on the Board of Directors of the Southbury Historical Society, Chairman of the Long Range Planning Commission for the Town of Southbury and Chairman of the Town of Southbury, Parade Committee. Kevin was a member of Glebe House Museum & The Gertrude Jekyll Garden and the Southbury-Middlebury Youth Council.
