“In 2021, we decided to put on an addition so that we could move our parents in with us. The guys at Bennett Sullivan Associates/Pediment Construction were with us every step of the way to support what we would learn was a complicated process. Hugh provided us with several designs with all our requests in mind while ensuring we would not have to disturb the original structure of our 1937 home. He came up with an amazing layout that could accommodate them, including first floor laundry, a walk-in shower as well as a sitting area that we had not considered but that they love and use every day. He maximized every inch and made sure that the new structure would blend seamlessly with our original colonial-style home. The team also recommended a lawyer who could help us navigate planning and zoning, which is something we needed support with since we required variances. Despite all the challenges that went along with a project of this size and being in a pandemic (approvals, chain supply shortages, scheduling issues, weather, you name it), the communication provided by them was excellent. Matt and Dave kept us abreast of what was happening and we never went over budget. In the end they worked overtime to make sure everything was just right. The space they created is beautiful and beautifully made – it is clear they are the best in the business. My parents can now receive the care and support they need in a space that is comfortable, functional, and absolutely gorgeous. After the horror stories we have heard from others about poor quality buildings, improper installation, unfinished projects, and unexpected costs, we are happy we went with Bennett Sullivan Associates/Pediment Construction.”
